Job Description
As member of the Facility & Fees team within Corporate Banking Services you will be responsible for daily Fees administration for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will assist in the development of Rabobank’s Corporate Banking Services, providing excellent service to our clients and stakeholders.

Top 5 responsibilities
Manage End-to-End Fee Processing
Oversee all fee-related activities including calculation, invoicing, settlement, and reporting. Ensure accurate fee accruals and alignment with internal policies and booking rules across systems like FastR, ConnectR, and Flexcube. Ensure Data Accuracy and Control Compliance
Validate documentation and system inputs, perform reconciliations, and maintain robust internal controls. Identify and escalate discrepancies, ensuring transactions meet audit and policy standards. Drive Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement
Challenge existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support problem-solving initiatives. Contribute to service enhancements through root cause analysis and feedback on procedures. Deliver High-Quality Customer Service
Build strong relationships with stakeholders by responding promptly to queries, managing the FM mailbox, and ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with service level expectations. Support Reporting, Projects, and Risk Management
Maintain accurate records, support ad hoc reporting and project initiatives, and contribute to risk identification and mitigation within the Fee Management framework.

You and your talent
Bachelor/Master degree in Legal, Economics or Finance;
working experience in banking and finance is an advantage;
Your interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and in writing) are excellent in English.
