Job description

Video Editor – Contract, Remote, Full-time Contract Estimated Duration: March 2025 – Oct 2025, Possibly Part-time thereafter We are seeking an experienced Video Producer to join our team. This position is remote and part-time. It can be filled from anywhere in the EU. We will develop hundreds of eLearning courses with videos that demonstrate how to use various software applications. This role will record, edit, and publish videos aligned with these courses. What the day will look like: Reference approved documentation in SharePoint. Create screen recordings of all steps. Liaise with Instructional Designers (IDs) for any questions or missing information in the documentation. Use approved templates and internal assets for intros, outros, lower thirds, and transitions. Adhere to branding style guide corporate standards. When applicable, create scenario-based videos from Adobe stock video footage to enhance learning. Send work for Quality Assurance (QA). Implement revisions from QA.   Mandatory Skills and experience: Proven experience with Adobe products. Proven experience as a video producer and video editor. Demonstrated ability to follow templates, branding style guides, and corporate standards. Portfolio of 5-10 completed videos. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Able to navigate and create videos with approved scripts in Dutch, German, and French. Optional Skills and experience: Dutch, German, and French an asset. Key Attributes: Diligent worker and ability to develop high-quality materials on or before due dates. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate problems. Self-motivated and able to work independently and follow instructions accurately. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of an International Program for a suite of new software tools. These will be rolled out to colleagues globally, starting in Belgium, The Netherlands, and Germany. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of training expertise, technical skills, and exceptional communication skills to drive successful outcomes.
