People Development Specialist 
As our organization continues to grow, expanding across Europe, we're dedicated to investing in our talents as they are the key to our success. For our Talent team, we are seeking a People Development Specialist to play a key role in enhancing our learning and development systems, driving our organizational growth, and ensuring we are fit for the future. 
 
Your Role: 
As a People Development Specialist, you will take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS) to optimize its value and ensure it aligns with our overall learning strategy.
Key responsibilities include: 
 

• Assessing the current LMS setup and functionality. 

• Identifying pain points, opportunities, and potential improvements in the system. 

• Developing and aligning LMS processes with the company’s learning and development strategy. 

• Proposing and implementing innovative solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the LMS. 

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of systems and processes. 

• Develop and implement structured processes to streamline compliance training, ensure seamless participant registration across all countries, maximize completion rates, and minimize cancellations. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Strong technical knowledge and experience with SuccessFactors Learning. 

• Proven ability to manage projects effectively, delivering results on time and within scope. 

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and align with diverse stakeholders. 

• A proactive professional who excels at creating structure and driving processes in dynamic environments.
