Job description
 Coordinator HR Service Center

Please note the following:


- Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
- Travelling 3 times a week to IHQ in Zwaagdijk is required.


This position will ensure a consistent and correct execution of transactional HR processes over all countries. This role acts as the main contact for its relevant region (NL and IHQ) and supports relevant projects.
 
  1. Operational management 
  • Ensures for consistent and correct execution processes over all countries in accordance to SLA’s policies and local regulations such as: 
  • Data entry for non ESS/MSS related transactions 
  • Controlling/reviewing HR data based on digital forms 
  • Answer complex questions escalated by tier 1 
  • Process standard documents and notifications on request 
  • Process registrations at external parties 
  • Prioritizes tickets/digital forms received via portal and distribute to the team 
  • Identifies, resolves and escalates (possible) bottlenecks within the own process area  
  • Ensure improvement initiatives within HR Services 
  • Works in close collaboration with experts in order to enhance a timely and accurate administration 
  • Provides content for the HR portal within own area of expertise 
  • Develop/maintain HR Services work instructions and related document within own process area  
 
  1. Project management     
  • Manages projects within the HR Services and ensures the correct introduction and implementation of developments within the organization 
  • Initiates, manages and contributes to continuous improvement projects 
 
  1. Stakeholder management 
  • Act as main contact for questions or request within own process area  
  • Participates in focus groups and other research in order to identify key input to drive approach and direction of key projects 
  • Maintains close contact with the Business, the HR Process owners, HR Group functions, Risk and IT 
  •  
  1. Expertise 
  • HR (transactional) processes 
  • Keeps up to date with relevant developments within own expertise and actively shares knowledge 
 
  1. People Management 
  • Clearly steers the team, takes the lead, gives clear working instructions, plans employees and activities in such a manner that targets are successfully achieved  
  • Is actively involved in improving employee skills by providing constructive feedback, instructions, explanation and coaching 
  • Makes employees enthusiastic, clearly indicates the intended effect of targets, brings about a positive attitude towards the work and inspires team members' strong will to perform 
  • Gives direct and constructive feedback about the delivered performance and personal development related to future requirements and priorities 
  • Stimulates employees to join in on the thought process and to actively contribute to the development of new ideas and to learn from his/her own experiences and those of others 
  • Ensures optimal staffing, performance, recruitment activities and retaining of employees within the department 
  
REQUIREMENTS – HARD SKILLS 
  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Business or HR  
  • > 5 years of work experience, preferably in an international environment  
  • Knowledge of digital HR transactional processes, experience with HR cloud solutions preferably SuccesFactors is advantageous 
  • Experience in leading operational teams 
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch language (word and written)

  • Makes proposals for efficient and effective working methods with the least possible complexity and implements these 
  • Demonstrates a high level of pragmatism 
  • Is very organised, is able to structure activities and projects, sticks to agreements within deadlines and according to guidelines 
  • Works efficiently and effectively, also when under time pressure  
  • Works effectively with others to achieve common targets
