Job description

We are seeking a Communications Analyst with junior experience and a great can do attitude and positive energy to support communication activities for an International IT program within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, a task orientated mindset, and a drive to help craft impactful communications in challenging timescales.

What the day will look like.
 
Reporting to the Training Lead, your responsibilities will include:

Communication Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communications aligned with the goals of the international IT program.
• Create tailored messaging for diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with program objectives.
• Helping with all content gathering, editing and creating powerful communications over many channels.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with communication leads to build powerful communications and multi-media outputs.

Content Creation and Messaging:

• Write compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, briefing papers, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency in messaging tone and style aligned to comms lead demands

Measurement and Analysis:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.
 

• Experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. This is a junior role so some experience is preferred but an energetic can do attitude and willingness to learn is most important
• Understanding of the insurance industry, would be an advantage
• Familiarity with come communication tools and digital content creation applications
• English and Dutch fluent, German fluency a major advantage.
• Excellent documentation, grammar and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
